I normally run three times a week, but sometimes I substitute my mid-week run with some skipping rope exercise. You can get the same cardio workout in less time than it takes for a 5Km run.

I struggled a bit during this run, it was quite hot for so early in the morning, but still not a bad run. Just 8 seconds off my normal min/km average pace.
